Fitness on the Run (FOR) is a private studio which offers individual and group personal training, small group training as well as nutrition counseling s led by a team of highly skilled instructors and nutrition counselors and therapists. We have developed an approach to fitness that focuses on increasing lean muscle mass, cardiovascular health, healthy joints, and range of motion. We believe nutrition is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
Adrien started Fitness on the Run in 2004 to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle. She pushes her clients as hard as they are able and works to set an example for them with her own training and lifestyle. Adrien is certified in personal training and nutrition and is trained in Crossfit Level 1,Strongfirst Level 2 and Dragon Door Level 1 Kettlebells, and has been trained by the best including Charles Staley of Staley Training Systems and Pavel Psatsouline. She is also CPR-certified.
