Pippin Toy Co. is a sweet and magical shop created especially for kids, full of toys, books, experiments, games, stuffed animals, candy, and a whole lot of imagination.
Hours: Monday - Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday from noon to 5 pm
We’d like to introduce you to Pippin, a curious little squirrel always up for an adventure and good company.
Store owner Amy Rutherford, shares, “Where did the name Pippin Toy Co. come from? Pippin refers to a seed, which is ideal imagery for children. But my favorite use is that of someone who is unique, usually in a pleasant way. How delightful is that?! To me it is exactly what children are and grow up to be. Just like Mr. Rogers said, ‘You are a very special person. There is only one like you in the whole world. There's never been anyone exactly like you before, and there will never be again. Only you.’”
