Melissa: I’m so happy with my current training and nutrition program. Finally at the age of 38 I can say I’m satisfied with my strength and my overall fitness. My concern is my children. I realize they are in PE and learn skills at school. But when I see them exercising with friends on the soccer friend, I see they’re not learning the proper way to do them. I know they won’t listen to me, their mom. How in the world can I teach them the importance of completing their exercises correctly to build their bodies for the future?

Well Fitness on the Run will be starting a new student athlete series of classes this month designed from the student athlete to the kid who is willing to learn how to move better – how to learn the proper mechanics of exercise.
