Our trademark here at Coco Blanca is classic neutrals. We tend to stick to shades of white, beige, cream, and sometimes black. But recently we have been expanding our palette with little pops of color here and there. Here are some of the highlights…
This gorgeous top is a beautiful cornflower blue color with flattering bell sleeves. Try it with a slim-fitting pant in a light color to make sure the proportions are right.
This linen dress is a nice classic shift, which means it is ultra-flattering. However, the bright pop of color as part of the neutral color-blocking makes it fun, too. We also carry the same dress with a cute orange panel instead of aqua blue, if you’re into sunset shades to match the beautiful ones we’ve been seeing over the Potomac river recently!
What better to dress up our classic neutrals than with a bright scarf! These printed, fringe scarves we have in the store right now are so unbelievably versatile. They can be worn wrapped around the neck, as a shawl, or tied as a sarong for the beach!
If you’re uneasy about head-to-toe color, a pop of bright blue could be just what you need to step into the color territory. This beautiful necklace can be left long or wrapped twice for a more elegant collarbone-brushing style. On the right, this set of fun bracelets are nice because they have both gold and silver, so you don’t have to worry about mixing metals when you style them!
Lastly, one of our favorite items this season has been silky blouses. This kimono style has loose sleeves and a belt. (Can anyone say, “Hello, waistline!”) The best part about this top is that the color is concentrated at the hem of the top, so colorful jewelry, like earrings or a necklace can be done up top without it being color overkill.
