Bird Bag is Officially Launched!    

Bird Bag will give customers the chance to have the store experience in the comfort of their own home when it’s convenient for them. You can have anything in our store dropped off to try…whether it is clothing, shoes, jewelry, or even to smell one of our popular candles. Currently there will be no service fees or membership requirements and of course, no obligation to buy.Once the bag is dropped off, you will have two days to try anything on. Bags will be dropped off at 11am the day after the request and will be picked up at 11am two days later. So, for example, if you request a Bird Bag on Monday night, you will receive it by 11am on Tuesday. We will then pick it up on Thursday at 11am. You will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.So, as of Monday, April 13th Bird Bag is officially launched. We have been working hard to get the majority of our inventory on our Facebook page and Kiskadee website. This will continue to be a work in progress. We have so many beautiful things in the store right now. In addition to clothes and shoes, you'll be able to see all of our accessories, home goods, gifts, and jewelry. It’s been a labor of love and as I write this, we are still working on it!Here are all of the specifics:

  • • If you would like to see what is in stock, please go to our Facebook page and hit the “shop now” button. We also have inventory loaded up onto our website. The shop now button on our Facebook page is available for online shopping, as well. Instagram will also be linked to the Facebook commerce site.
  • • If there is anything you’d like to try on or see in person, please fill out the Bird Bag information form: kiskadeeshop.com/birdbags.
  • • Once your bag is packed and delivered, you will have two days to decide. If you decide to keep anything, we can send you an invoice via PayPal or Venmo or take payment over the phone.
  • • One thing that I want to address are the precautions we are going to take for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. Using guidance from the WHO and CDC, there is very low risk of the virus spreading from products or packaging. Currently, there is no evidence showing COVID-19 has been transmitted through merchandise. As a precaution, every customer will get a new bag with each delivery. We will wear masks and gloves while packing up your choices and when we deliver the bag. Any returns of non-porous objects will be wiped down with disinfectant wipes. Any porous object, like clothing, will be steamed at a high temperature. Items returned will stay in the store for a period of three days before being sent out again.

This is still a work in progress so there could be some hiccups in the first week or so. As they say "pardon our dust" but we look forward to providing stellar customer service in the privacy and safety of your own home.
