Fall is finally actually here, officially as of last weekend. It doesn’t always feel like summer has ended based on the temperature but soon the heat has to leave us.

We just wrapped up a great kick off weekend to fall with our Veronica Beard Trunk Show and the Twig Historic Home Tour. It’s always one of my favorite events and makes it seem like fall is finally here and we are all settled into our new pace of life. I miss laidback summer but just do better on a schedule.

The turn of the season has us all thinking about packing up our sandals and getting out our boots. I also feel like this is the time of the year when I switch out my summer bag to my fall option. I tend to use two big bags a year for toting stuff around.
