I am not sure how it is May already. Can someone explain that to me? Where did the time go? We have had so much going on at the stores that it is the second week in May and I have not even posted The Shoe Hive’s Spring Lookbook. It was literally done months ago and here I am finally sending it out to everyone and some of the shoes are already on sale! We started our sale earlier than ever this year to keep up with everyone else and help clear out some room for new deliveries. So the boxes we have unpacked the most recently are not marked down, and we also are still waiting on some late spring and early summer deliveries.

As I write this it is only 50 degrees outside so it is hard to imagine wearing bright orange sandals or espadrille wedges, but as well know it will go from cold to hot in a snap. We have so many easy-to-wear styles from Sam Edelman and great prices. If you have fallen in love with Softwaves we have great new colors and of course everyone's favorite basics. My favorites are by AGL and even though we had an early spring trunk show there are plenty of great styles left. Other personal favorites are the Paul Green and Veronica Beard sneakers. They have such fun and unexpected styles and so comfortable. They’re perfect for summer travel if you are going to be doing a ton of walking.
