Have you ever completed a schedule audit? If you haven’t tried this before, it’s simple (and great to try if you feel like your life is being controlled by your to-do list)! All you need to do is pull up your calendar, or if you’re old school like me, pull out your planner, and you ask yourself the question, “How am I spending my time, and is it effective?” 

After completing this audit, I quickly realized that what was missing from my schedule was time to unwind. I work full-time as a career coach for a tech-ed company, run a private career coaching practice, and work at Kiskadee, and while I love and take pride in the work that I do, prioritizing time to unwind was not happening.
