Intentionally Neutral, Irresistibly Easy

One thing folks ask for is elevated casual. Even though we all want to get out of our sweats or workout clothes, we all still want to be comfortable. Our team at The Hive all loves Aviator Nation. At the beach or on vacation, they are the perfect sweats to wear in the summer after a day at the pool or beach. My daughter looks adorable in their stuff all the time, but you won’t find me wearing it to the grocery store. And Varley is great for working out and looking put together running errands after the gym. But that isn’t what I am talking about either.

What I’m aiming for is casual and comfortable while still looking put together and well, like a grown-up. This is why I wear Tibi joggers so much; I think they hit the mark. But I wanted a more affordable line. I wanted it to be minimal and have clean lines. I also wanted easy fabrics that traveled well and were thick enough that you didn’t feel like you had to layer something under them. I think I found the perfect line out of Europe: Labo.Art.

Founded in Italy and made in Italy, they focus on quality cottons, linens, and wools. The designs have volume, so they are basics but not boring. You can tell the designer came from an architectural background with the clean lines and movement.  An intentional neutral color palette makes the clothes easy to incorporate into your wardrobe and add pieces from future collections. Come check out our latest new arrival, and we have more coming this fall.
