Team DC Style Factory

If you ask any business owner, they will always tell you that the most difficult part of running a business is hiring the right people. I am no exception. I feel I am always learning and growing in this area. More than anything, I want skilled stylists who share my vision for DC Style Factory. I want people on my team who are just as passionate about client service as they are about fashion. I always say you can be the most talented personal stylist in the world and it won’t do you any good if you can’t deliver spot-on customer service. These five women share in our mission and vision. If you follow me on Instagram Stories (@dcstylefactory), I am sure you feel like you already know them.

She also has worked in the White House and has an intimate understanding of the needs of the D.C. professional who is navigating style and wardrobe. When she is not calming a chaotic closet or pulling the perfect pair of black pants for a client, Marissa is a wife and mother of two. Marissa’s favorite piece of clothing are her Alice & Olivia culottes! “They are so versatile. I dress them up with heels and dress them down with loafers.”
