Here's Where To Find the Answers to the Questions I'm Asked Most Often

I got to spend three weeks in Bermuda this July (rough life, I know). We rented a little cottage on top of a hill overlooking the harbor, oh sorry, I mean harbour. During that time, I received several questions as I watched the boats pass by: ”Where can I find that 30-minute workout video you did?” and “How can I do your online classes?” and “Have you ever considered offering online classes?” (I have for three years now), and “Where is that prenatal video we recorded years ago? How do I access it?”These were all legitimate questions and they filed in daily as I sipped my Swizzles. My favorite was from Elizabeth Todd herself: “How do I  access your Venmo On Demand page” (True story, and it’s “Vimeo”). That question sparked this whole revelation…I needed another platform. These questions come frequently throughout the year as well, and they’re all centered around the same things:How do I get more of your exercise programs, and when are you doing another HAWT Pilates training? So here it goes…Introducing DrMeganBrownPT.com! And although it has no “Venmo” option, one can find all of those answers in one easy spot. Think of it as an extension of the Mind the Mat studios where you can find my catalogued mobility routines and precise physical therapy exercise programs for your needs.  You will always find me at Mind the Mat. But when I am not there, check in with DrMeganBrownPT.com to find my:

I will add Pilates fundamentals and gentle classes for all levels. All classes are tailored, prescribed, and results-oriented.  But it’s always better in person, so keep coming to class! Or, if you live in California, log on and join me. And about that "When are you doing another HAWT Pilates training?" question.
