Adrien, Fitness on the Run: There are easy ways to start, I promise. Here are three to get you going.
First, attend one of our monthly 90-minute introductory sessions for just $19. There we will teach you how to address those parts of your body that you’d like to change. Our first scheduled session is February 7th at 11am.
Second, learn how to use your whole body for many exercises. Learn how to change the way you move so you can incorporate those muscles into your daily life. We can also help with this if you choose to attend an introductory session at FOR.
Finally, learn the push up. Using your hands effectively on the floor, engaging your core, and utilizing more tension than you thought your body could achieve will lead to beautiful healthy happy arms!
