Merriam-Webster defines vision as the act or power of seeing. Vision is powerful, isn’t it?
At eye2eye Optometry Corner, we believe in caring for the power of seeing. For us, healthy vision is about more than being able to see – it’s about caring for our patients’ whole health and wellness, from correcting vision issues to helping them maintain a healthy lifestyle.
We have exciting news for Alexandria: we have expanded our community-oriented eye care practice to a second Alexandria location – eye2eye Optometry Corner Hilltop! Located next to the new Wegmans, our new location provides the same exceptional services we’re known for in Del Ray: contact lenses, red and dry eye clinic, macular degeneration testing, cataract and glaucoma evaluations, safety and sports eyewear, and pediatric eyewear.
But we don’t just want you to see well, we want you to look good! So in addition to caring for your health and wellness, we offer a curated collection of unique, high-quality eyewear. Here are a few of my current favorites.
We’re loving the bold colors in frames and sunglasses for men and women this season. You can find pops of color in every material, from acetate to titanium. Pictured above: Prada men’s frames in a vivid hue of red make a great choice for work or play; chunky mustard sunglasses from our house line, eye2eye; and a sophisticated titanium frame from Face a Face with a pop of purple, perfect for work days.
Feminine and flirtatious, these cat eye frames are made in France with a flair for Parisian style, from Lafont.
Cat eye & tortoise shell? A vintage-inspired combination with a colorful twist, also from Lafont eyewear and made in France.
For the guys, a classic gold Maui Jim aviator. Makes a great gift for your classic guy this holiday.
Seriously, you simply cannot go wrong with tortoise shell frames. They pair perfectly with both your weekend and workday wardrobes.
And if none of my current faves strikes your fancy, well, as you can see (pun intended!) we have lots more options. Lots. And we’re here to help you with your vision.
