I love going to High Point for the furniture market. I could walk around aimlessly in and out of all the beautiful showrooms for days, and that is what it would take: High Point furniture market is vast. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go this year. Owning a business is always a juggling act and something had to give — sadly for me it was the furniture market. But I have kept close tabs on what happened there, and all the reports coming out of High Point this fall seem to be all about neutral tones with pops of color.
This beautiful room by Suzanne Kasler on the cover of the September 2016 issue of Luxe magazine uses a beautiful pink hue as the accent color.
Here is another room that seems to be quite popular with all the design bloggers from High Point. Designed by Kasler for Hickory Chair, I love the neutral tones, great art, and fabulous pillows.
This is pretty exciting for us at Coco Blanca since we have plenty of the neutral tones. The two rooms above, both by Suzanne Kasler, have won my heart and exemplify the color-pop trend, so I thought I’d show you how easy it would be to “get the look,” locally, all at a fraction of the cost.
Love this pink velvet pillow!
Or use these beautiful blues for your accent color. Round out the look with a wing chair. These beautiful lamps also offer for great style.
Using the soothing color palette of a coconut by the sea—whites, neutrals and splashes of turquoise—Coco Blanca has created a trademark look. Her lifestyle boutique offers expert solutions for home design and women’s fashion—blending a clean, fresh, sophisticated, feel-good style.
