January started out strong, with two of our listings going under contract in less than two days. No matter your price point, it’s a great time to start looking. Many buyers are already out and about touring homes in Old Town, Del Ray, down the Parkway and elsewhere. Here are three of our current listings, each at a different price point and in different neighborhoods, that illustrate the range of properties available already this year — and show that there’s something on the market for everybody!
