Patchology Little Helpers are Here to Help

I get so many compliments on the range of products we sell. Angela is an expert curator. Sometimes her choices make me scratch my head until I actually experiment, and then I get it. The Patchology Little Helpers is that one product I was skeptical about until I tried it. It took a little prodding from my co-worker Anna (who loves the Sleep Helpers), but anything that promotes “calm,” I’ll try. After an especially stressful couple of hours at my weekday job, I placed the great tasting vanilla mint strip on my tongue and let it dissolve. About ten minutes later I felt this tranquility tickle my senses. It’s hard to explain, but I really felt calmer. As someone who works for the government, CBD supplements (which are well known for their calming qualities) make me very nervous, and this strip being CBD-free is a huge bonus. Each strip contains ginseng and reishi, which may help target tension, and theanine, which may help promote relaxation. Anna has often relayed to me her struggles with insomnia. She has tried many things to help, with only some relief. When I mentioned I wanted to try the Calm Helpers, she lit up and spoke of the wonders of the Sleep Helpers. They’re honey flavored little strips of sweet dreams containing melatonin and caffeine-fighting theanine. These babies will lull you to sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow. Better yet, you won’t wake up with any grogginess. And last but not least, the last of the well-being trifecta of Little Helpers is the Energy. Once Jennifer heard Anna and I raving about the Sleep and Calm Helpers, she picked up a box of these for herself. As a college student who works two jobs (I’m so proud of her I could cry), she gets drained and needs all the help she can get. A single strip is packed with 25mg of Caffeine, 0.5mg of Green Leaf Tea Extract, and 25mcg of Vitamin D3. Combined, these ingredients give you a natural boost. Great for those of us trying to wean off the coffee or energy drinks. As always, be safe. Consult a physician before use if pregnant or nursing, or if you have a medical condition.
