Patio Crush

The sun is shining and it is finally patio weather! There is nothing I enjoy more than sipping a slightly chilled glass of rosé on a warm spring or summer evening, and no better place to do that than on a patio. I am currently swooning over the patios at several of our listings throughout Alexandria and looking forward to relaxing evenings dining outdoors at some of my favorite Old Town restaurants. Here’s a list of the patios inspiring me and fueling my rosé obsession these days!


8735 Fort Hunt Road

The sunny brick patio in the fully fenced and beautifully landscaped backyard at 8735 Fort Hunt Road is the perfect place to doze in a hammock or curl up in an Adirondack with a good book.

Britt attended Waynewood Elementary (Class of ’96), Carl Sandburg Middle School (Class of ’98) , and West Potomac High School (Class of ’02), she then went on to attend Virginia Tech (go Hokies!) where she majored in Business Marketing and Minored in Real Estate.
