The fitness world is praising the benefits of COMBINING strength training, high intensity interval training, and cardio. We teamed up with our sister studio BARRETECH. to create an exercise program that combines cardio, strength training, and more through indoor cycling and barre. For example, Swet-Ride will improve your aerobic endurance and help you to lose weight while building lower body strength. BARRETECH. is the perfect compliment to cycling because it focuses on the smaller stabilization muscles that strengthen the knees, hips, back, and abdominals. Barre work will tighten, lift, and tone the body. Both workouts are low-impact by design and therefore accessible to anyone and are sustainable. The results? The swet-rider will develop a stronger core and improved posture, while the barre-lover will become faster and leaner.

Join the Swet New Year Challenge and not only track how many calories you burned during class, but also measure your body’s transformation by tracking weight loss and body measurements. Participants will receive weekly motivation and tips from owners Kat and Amy and are eligible to attend a free weekly bootcamp with our Cycle Tech, Tara.
