My Travel Cosmetic Bag: What Made The Cut

Well ladies, it’s here. I had to make hard choices. I have never packed this lean in my life and I am down to the bare bones. Not just in cosmetics and skincare, but in clothes and yikes…shoes as well. So, what made the cut in my beauty bag?

Skincare

E. Ferulic SerumI know you’re not shocked. It’s my ride or die product so of course. Saint Jane Luxury Beauty SerumLately, I can’t get enough of this and I’m using it as my summer moisturizer twice a day. Coola Silk Drops SunscreenI can layer this under my Saint Jane and not feel at all greasy. Zelens Triple Action Advanced Eye CreamI can use this formula day and night due to its rich yet gel like texture.Make-Up EraserSometimes you only have your water bottle and your make-up eraser to wash your face (planes, trains and automobiles…)Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser in Travel SizeFor when I have a sink. Beboe Face MasksThey’re flat and I can lay them on the bottom of my suitcase.  The anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties should help me look well-rested even when that’s not the case.LaMend Good Patch in Nite Nite and B12A good friend uses the Nite Nite when she arrives at her location and the B12 the next morning and swears she has no jet lag.  I’m in!Zelens Power A DropsMy nightly go to for a gentle retinol.  I don’t look the same in the morning if I don’t use it.Supersmile Whitening ToothpasteI plan on drinking Rioja in Spain, Cabernet in France and Chianti in Rome…I need my Supersmile.

Makeup

Vita Liberata Illuminaze in LightThe ultimate summer no make-up product. Good for no-make up days or as a primer on light make-up days.Westman Atelier Vital Skin Foundation, Super Loaded Highlighter, Lit Stick, and Blush in MinetteWhat can I say? I’m obsessed with all things Westman Atelier. It’s all coming with me. Blinc MascaraI don’t want to work hard on an overnight train to get mascara off. No thanks. Nuxe Lip BalmKeeping lips hydrated through all of the travel is essential. Surratt Beauty Lipslique in HevynThe perfect color for day and night. Only one lipstick needed. The Brow Gal The WeekenderThis ingenious product will allow me to “dye” my brows for a few days at a time so I don’t have to put brow pencil on each morning. Major.

Haircare

Klorane Dry ShampooI can’t be washing my hair every day, so this will keep my hair looking clean in between washes.Living Proof PHD Shampoo and ConditionerI never trust hotel shampoo and conditioner. Plus, my contact lenses- of course. It’s summer so less is more anyway, but this was a challenge. Fingers crossed people…
