It was way too much fun to team up with Katya from She’s Unique for our post this week! We love her jewelry, so it was a no-brainer to pair it with some of our favorite pieces in store and show you a few different ways to style them. Also, be sure to check out the close-ups of the jewelry from She’s Unique (and then be sure to walk on down to the 200 block of King Street in Old Town to try and buy your favorite stuff from her)!
First up is the Suki Long Rider Jacket by Allen Schwartz. This jacket was originally paired with a matching cami and trousers, but we plucked it away from the group and created more ways to work it into your wardrobe. Whenever you come across a fabric like satin, it’s easy to rule it out as far as everyday wear, but we have to disagree. When it comes to jewelry, it’s important to recognize the centerpiece of your outfit. In this case, it’s the jacket, so Katya paired these looks with dainty picks that don’t compete. Small pops of color work! Here are some ways to make it wear this fabulous jacket…
Next up is this Italian Shine Jersey Midi Dress by Enza Costa. When we think jersey material we think casual, but there are ways to dress this look up and make it look super sophisticated. For the trench look, Katya chose earrings with a geometric shape, which worked so, so perfectly! In the raincoat look, Katya pulled wooden hoops to tie in the sandy tone of her bag. Finally, in the jean jacket look, Katya went with one of our favorite ways to style jewelry: a simple coin necklace against black. It’s simple and understated!
