Coastal Collaborative Care

Coastal Collaborative Care is a psychotherapy practice primarily serving clients in Virginia. We have in-person offices in Old Town North Alexandria and downtown Norfolk, with a new office opening soon in Fredericksburg.

Every therapist at Coastal Collaborative Care specializes in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating. Prior to joining our practice, we all worked in eating disorder treatment centers, gaining firsthand experience and knowledge of the complexity and severity of these conditions and their treatment.

Our therapists are well-versed in treating a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Eating disorders are a specialized area of mental health, and many therapists lack the specific training required for effective treatment. At Coastal Collaborative Care, we are proud to offer both general mental health support and are specialized, with extensive experience in eating disorder treatment.

We support clients of all bodies, which means we welcome individuals of all genders, sexualities, neurotypes, sizes, races, religions (or none), and ages.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, working on your self-perception or inner dialogue, struggling with past experiences, or facing challenges in your relationship with your body or food, we’ve got you — we’re here to help!
