A Carnival Open House To Remember!
Last weekend,The Patterson Group brought a whole new meaning to the phrase “Open House” with a lively, carnival-inspired afternoon that drew a fantastic crowd of over 400 people to this very property! Guests enjoyed performances by a stilt walker, magician, and juggler, while trying their luck at classic carnival games like Ring Toss, Axe Throwing, and the High Striker.
The petting zoo was a crowd favorite—especially when a goat decided to stand on the tortoise. Food and drinks kept the energy high, with tacos from Roaming Coyote, refreshing snow cones from Kona Ice, and craft cocktails from the vintage Bubbles & Brews truck, including the popular Magician’s Margarita.
With laughter, prizes, and plenty of popcorn, this open house was more than just a home tour—it was a celebration of community and good times.
