Bellacara's Best Body Scrubs

I have promised Angela for months I’d write about my “Quarantine Favorites,” which I shared earlier this week. Months, maybe even years have gone by where I have promised to write about my odd beauty product obsession. Well, Angela went to the beach and her computer won’t work, so I finally got off my butt and wrote both pieces! (Just in case you were wondering what happened to Angela this week.)Well, here is it. I have a weird obsession with body scrubs. Not shower gel, but scrub. I do not feel clean unless I have some type of product that has little beads or exfoliate in it.This is especially true in the summer. The heat is not my friend and I sweat. I also am really pale and so I lather on the sunscreen. I feel like I am not clean unless I have scrubbed my skin. I mean, not sure if this is good or bad for my skin, but I use it daily.I wanted to share my three favorites right now at Bellacara; I am still in mourning over Molton Brown discontinuing their body scrubs.

Salad Days by Billy Jealousy

This is actually a men’s line, but it is the one I use daily. It has natural lime, lemon, and orange extract and leaves you with a super clean scent. It also comes in a 16-ounce bottle, which I need since I go through it so quickly. Okay, so maybe I haven’t been showering as much lately, but still, I can’t use the higher-priced, smaller container stuff all the time.

Nuxe Reve De Miel

This is my once a week, nighttime go-to and I follow it with the Nuxe Oil. I wouldn’t want to use either if I had to get dressed after, but at night when you are getting in your cozies (or these days daytime when you are getting in your cozies), it is like a spa day at home.

Oribe Cote d'Azur

This is the newest addition to my scrub collection. I put this in the same category as the Nuxe. I think Oribe has the best smelling hair products and this scrub stays on-brand with an amazing scent.
