Lessons from 32 Years of Holiday Framing
This year marks Jeff Erickson’s and my 32nd holiday season together as business partners. A lot has changed over the years, but one thing that never does is the last-minute framing rush. Every December, our shop hums with the energy of people trying to turn their affection into something tangible—a framed piece of love, nostalgia, or memory.
Some of the most touching projects we’ve ever done are memory boxes. It’s always moving to see these fragments of a life come together into a single story. I’m especially touched when the idea for a framed keepsake comes from a husband.
