Working at Bellacara these past few years has definitely highlighted my predicament of having champagne taste on a beer budget. In some areas, I summon all the self-control I possess in order to refrain (yes, I want this Maduri Cire Trudon candle, but for now, I’ll settle on taking free sniffs during every shift). In other areas (Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream), there’s no compromise, so I just close my eyes and swipe! With that being said, when I find products that I both adore and are easy on the wallet, I’m all in. Below are a few of my must-haves, all under $25!
From time to time, we could all use something that will help us look like we got a full 8 hours of sleep! I always keep a box of these on standby in my vanity drawer for the mornings when I need a little extra help. I place the gels under my eyes and five minutes later - voilà, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.
Easily my favorite lip balm for when I want something both nourishing and pretty on the lips. Lately, I’ve loved the shade shimmer, which wears beautifully by itself or layered with lipstick for extra moisture and shine! Bonus: it’s clean beauty.
This is one of those things that you don’t know you need until you have it! I use it every night to hold my hair back and keep my hairline dry while washing my face. It’s also absolutely perfect for face masks! Gone are the days of getting those extra messy mud masks in your hair.
If you’re not using an eyelash curler, you’re doing your mascara application a disservice! It really does make a world of difference. I love this particular lash curler because it does a phenomenal job of lifting my lashes up to the heavens without pinching my eyelids. It also comes with a replacement silicone pad to help prolong the life of your device.
Quality makeup brushes aren’t cheap, y’all! So, if you’re going to invest in a good set, make sure you have what you need to properly care for them. Parian Spirit cleans, conditions, and disinfects both natural and synthetic brushes. Even the most stubborn, high coverage formulations melt off before your eyes with just a few sprits.
