Family Game Night by Red Barn Mercantile + Chadwicks

I adore Trae Lamond the owner of Chadwicks. He’s like the other kid brother I never knew I needed. With a positive attitude, a willingness to pitch in every time, and an easygoing manner, what’s not to like? So, when Trae reached out to partner on a promotion, we came up with a great idea that we are super excited about: Family Game Night!  Yep, that old chestnut family game night is back and better than ever. We are all looking for something to do to break up the monotony and bring in a little joy. What better way than a good old-fashion board game with dinner? Starting this week, Chadwicks and Red Barn Mercantile will be bringing the fun every Thursday night. This week enjoy dinner for four that includes spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and salad while you play one of three age-appropriate games. We’ve got games for kids 6+, 10+, and 14+ (which are good for adults only families too!). For only $65 it’s a real steal! Pre-order your dinner – don’t forget to add on the cocktails and wine! – by Wednesday for pick up or delivery on Thursday. Enjoy!!

Owner Amy Rutherford started Red Barn because she wanted to deliver a service — to provide both old and new in one place. No longer will busy shoppers be limited to reproductions or forced to shop multiple flea markets for the look or gifts they want. The trick in blending old and new, vintage and modern, classic and quirky, is balance. And Amy’s knack for mixing rustic antiques with urban chic has created a look that is both fresh and familiar.

Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, Penny Post is an independent boutique specializing in custom stationery and wedding invitations.
