Get What You Really Want this Christmas!

Every year during the weeks leading up to Christmas we have people come in and ask us to look up the previous purchases of someone they know. They are looking for clues as to what the person may like and are hoping to find the perfect thing. To be sure, it certainly helps, but what it doesn’t tell us is what the person may be eyeing.I have customers who tell me all the time that they are really considering finally buying the Slip Silk Pillowcase, or the Westman Atelier mascara, or who desperately want the La Bouche Rouge lipstick case. This year I am collecting those wish list items and putting them in your file. When someone comes in and asks us to look up a previous purchase, we can also tell them that you have wish list items. We’ll note when one of the items has been purchased so that no one duplicates it. Just don’t ask us to tell you if any of them have been purchased. That’s a secret until after December 25th.  The next time you’re in store, just tell us what you want, and we’ll put it in your profile. We know you’re busy. You don’t even have to come into the store or fill out a form. All you need to do is send us an email with your name and the items you’d like us to put on your wish list. Shopping for someone else? If they have wish list items, we can tell you exactly what they want. No more agonizing over what to buy.The best part is yet to come. We don’t like to brag, but we take gift wrapping seriously. Unlike some amateurs, we wear double sided tape on our belts (cue hot breath on nails, followed by polishing them on shirt).  When it comes to stocking stuffers, we have more items this year than in any year past. Bath bombs…check. Hand creams…check. Lip balm…check. Candy covered pretzel sticks…check (I may have veered off the path a bit here, but OMG the peppermint ones).
