Good Things Do Come in Small Packages

Last year I bought myself a Dyson Airwrap. I love it, I really do. I love it for styling my hair. I just don’t love it for blowing my hair dry when I’m in a hurry. Yes, there is a blow dryer attachment, but it just doesn’t put out the force or the heat required to dry my hair quickly now that I’ve let it grow longer. My seven-year-old T3 hair dryer gave out finally and I had to decide what would replace it. I had planned to replace it with another T3, when I came across the IQ Perfetto.  My first reaction upon picking it up was “this is too light; it can’t possibly be powerful.” Then I turned it on. The first speed was impressive, the second was even more so, and the third was like an airplane turbine. I blew a cup holding mascara wands right off the counter by accident. The five heat settings aren’t just minimally different. This dryer really does offer you five distinct temperatures, but even the hottest setting never made the barrel hot.The lightest and most powerful hair dryer in the world, the Italian made IQ Perfetto dries your hair 30 percent faster than any other hair dryer (Dyson included). At the risk of sounding like an infomercial “but that’s not all,” that’s not all. It also has an auto-clean function. Yep, it cleans itself. The dryer rotates the turbine in reverse to deep clean the filter.

It also has a memory function. The dryer has 18 possible configurations for speed and temperature and is capable of recalling your chosen setting without having to select each time. And it has a lock button, so you don’t accidentally change a setting while you’re blow drying your hair. The hair dryer is equipped with Oxy Active technology which acts as an anti-bacterial and also a sealant for hair cuticles. The result is shinier, healthier hair.Three different attachments (two nozzles and one diffuser) are included. This hair dryer is nothing short of revolutionary. Come by for a demo and see for yourself. This may be the last hair dryer I’ll ever need to buy.
