Our Favorite Gifts of 2021

Your mom is right about this one, you need to buy your Christmas gifts early. As in today. The global supply chain crisis is the real deal, and it’s affecting everything. We are feeling it with everything from foam shortage to printing paper. There are many reasons for the supply chain disruptions - pandemic related shortages, lack of drivers, port backups, etc. We can all agree that it’s a drag, so let’s focus on the positive. We have unique treasures and gifts that are available right now. Also, how great of a feeling will it be when you’re done and not stressed at the last minute!

Original Art: Our artwork covers a wide range of styles, colors, sizes, and price points. Art is such a special gift and is something you will cherish and be able to pass down to your children. Art breathes life into a room.

Coffee Table Books: We have a limited supply of Dallas based artist Brenda Bogart’s What to Give Up for Lent That’s Not Chocolate. This book is a beautiful compilation of her iconic collages and meaningful words of wisdom. Also? She is coming to Ivy Lane Living on February 26 for a book signing!

Vintage Finds: Silver serving trays, mirrors, Turkish rugs, elephant bookends, and Samurai Helmet Boxes are just a few unique treasures we have in our arsenal.

Holiday Notecards: Handwritten notes will never go out of style. Our holiday notepads and notecards from artist Callie Sweeney would make the perfect teacher or hostess gift.

Marbleized Products: Want to add immediate interest to a space? Check out the marbleized fireplace matches, tissue boxes, and night lights we currently have in stock.

Colored Glassware: Has Estelle’s Colored Glassware been all over your Instagram feed? Same. So, we decided to order a few items to see what the fuss was all about. It’s gorgeous! The glass itself is light, great quality, and the range of colors are stunning.

Chances are, if you’re reading The Alexandria Stylebook, you are already shopping small and locally. From the bottom of our heart, thank you! We will have walk-in hours Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am - 4pm until the holidays, and you can always pop by in between. Cheers to the holiday season!
