Coming Soon: Surratt Beauty (!!!!!)

Apprentice to the late, legendary makeup artist Kevyn Aucoin, Troy Surratt has "grown up" to become one of the beauty industry’s most well respected makeup masters. His gorgeous cosmetics line features vivid pigments and the most luxurious, skin-friendly formulations.Surratt uses only the highest quality ingredients, so that each stunning product – whether powder, crème or liquid – applies and blends seamlessly, and the brand’s "bespoke" approach allows you to create your own perfect palette. This is what first drew me to the line. I love a palette, but typically the pre-built palettes include shades I’ll never use, and the build-your-own palettes end up looking and feeling anything but luxurious. That is most definitely not the case with Surratt Beauty. This brand is truly luxury cosmetics at their finest. In an attempt to bring the best products to Bellacara, I’ve tested a lot of makeup lines. But in 18 years of business, I’ve never tested a makeup line where nearly every single product was amazing. Surratt is that brand. The colors blend beautifully, the foundation feels like a second skin, and the lip glosses are consistent “go to” products.I have purchased and used many of their products over the years. They are a slightly higher price point than the average makeup line. So, much like I felt when considering bringing on Kevyn Aucoin, I wasn’t sure people would spend the money. But time and again I laid out the cash to purchase the products from Net-a-Porter. No store in the D.C. area carries the full line, so most of the time my purchases were straight up gambles. Yet not once was I disappointed.I finally decided that I had to have the line, so Surratt Beauty will be launching at Bellacara September 28th. I know you are going to love the line. But, as an added incentive for you to give it a try, I have a special offer for you. When you buy the items to fill a custom palette, the empty palette is yours free through the launch weekend, September 28th - September 30th.I can’t wait to show you!
