The Way to One’s Heart… Valentine’s Day Weekend Restaurant Report

Love is in the air…or maybe that’s just the smell of the delicious dining and desserts offered around Alexandria. Spending time in Alexandria can sometimes feel like a Hallmark movie as the magic of our streets lined with cobblestone sidewalks, twinkling lights in the trees, and flickering lamp posts prove that Virginia is for Lovers. Some say the way to one’s heart is through their stomach. If true, Alexandrians are very lucky. Here is a list of a few Alexandria restaurant specials for you to enjoy with your loved ones!

  • MB Bakery on the Go: to-go Valentine’s toaster pastries and cookie decorating kits - perfect for decorating with your little ones.

  • Fontaine Caffe & Creperie: Three-course meal at $60/person. Choices include Foie Gras, Duck Moullard, and Gateau au Chocolat for dessert. Yum!
