Alx&Co. Concierge Services: Here For the Holidays and All-Year Long
At Alexandria & Company (Alx&Co.), we kept encountering a recurring problem: the last-minute gift scramble. Clients would reach out with just a few days (if that) warning that a major milestone was coming up, and ask if we had (fill-in custom gift idea) in stock and ready to go? It's always disappointing for both parties when the answer is no, and that the beautiful item their partner wishlisted eight months ago will take six weeks to create. Cue the heartache.
In our little shop, we truly believe in giving thoughtful, creative jewelry to commemorate the most meaningful occasions...but we also understand that planning ahead isn't always easy to do. So, we created Concierge Services, a division of our shop that will be dedicated to curating gift ideas for our clients. Those who sign up will provide us with a list of dates to remember, budgets to honor, and answer a few quick questions to guide our recommendations. Then, we will reach out in advance of each birthday, anniversary, or holiday provided and share a personalized list of gift ideas from our showroom.
You will never feel obligated to purchase one of our suggestions, but if you do you'll be able to opt for thoughtful touches such as flowers or personal delivery to your home–plus, we're offering twenty percent off to all Concierge members who purchase through this program.
We're launching this in anticipation of the yearly holiday rush, but it's also intended for year-round reference. You no longer need worry about an upcoming birthday or anniversary sneaking up, or missing the deadline to order that Stargazer pendant you've been eyeing. We know our clients love shopping locally for their most meaningful gifts, and we also empathize with those who sometimes just need something easy to purchase–without too much legwork involved.
