Coronavirus Fashion? Yes, I’m a Fan!

I’ve always been a lover of all things fashion and design related. I made Barbie clothes as a child, and my mother and I made a “formal” dress for me in middle school in the style of Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock. Yes, I said that and if you're around my age you are laughing and know exactly what I’m talking about!

During this coronavirus lockdown I’m impressed with the creativity that comes from boredom and being locked in one’s home. The fashion I’ve seen is both hilarious and brilliant. The first fashion trend I saw online was “pillow fashion,” which makes complete sense since we’ve all been spending more time than normal with our pillows. It’s become a true Instagram sensation! Check out #pillowfashionchallenge, #pillowfashionweek, and #pillowchallenge on Instagram. The next fashion trend I’m following is Coronavirus runway looks. This is creating high fashion runway looks from household items. So outrageous and fun! Check out these great looks on BoredPanda.
