Elizabeth’s Top Five Picks from Veronica Beard
After what has been one of the worst winters I can remember, I know we’re all ready for spring. Nothing lets me know spring is around the corner more than the start of our annual trunk show series —especially the arrival of our Veronica Beard Trunk Show. This line did our first clothing trunk show when we opened The Hive, and since we launched it in 2017 it only gets bigger and better each year. I will never forget the 2020 Veronica Beard trunk show that occurred in the anxious week before the world shut down from the pandemic. It was a festive night with a packed house at the store. Then, as restrictions came down in the next week, we swiftly went from “selling joy” as my friend Shelia said of our trunk show, to not selling much.
We are so excited about this spring’s show. This year, they once again have sent us so many great pieces to just have for the event. They are also easy to work with when it comes to special orders, and many of our clients take advantage of that. If there is something we don’t have we are happy to order it for you. But really, we have so much great stuff I know there is something for everyone.
In keeping with tradition, I am sharing my top picks for the event. It was hard to choose but I really think my five choices made me realize how much Veronica can work for everyone. Here’s how I narrowed it down:
