Chic, Cool, Unconventional: Completedworks

We all know I love Tibi. There aren’t many days when I am not wearing at least one - if not 3- items that are from Tibi. It is exactly my style, so when the owner of the brand endorses another line, I pay attention. Last fall, when Amy Smilovic came to our store, I noticed her earrings. They were classic hoops but in an unconventional way. When I asked her who they were by, she took them out and said, “Completedworks; you should look into carrying them.” It took me a few months, but I finally connected, and a few weeks ago, we unpacked our first delivery.

Production takes about six months because all the pieces are handmade in London. The founder, Anna Jewsbury, studied Mathematics and Philosophy at Oxford, but throughout her life always obsessed with beautiful objects. In 2013 she started her line with a desire to create something new. She has accomplished her goal; there is nothing else out there like Completedworks; it truly is wearable art and has drawn the attention of the world’s most famous women like Sienna Miller and Suki Waterhouse and luxury retailers like Matches and Net-a-Porter.
