How to Wear a Belt

If you ever sit at a little league game or attend a philanthropic event in this town, you know none of it would work without the support of our realtors. There is no other industry that gives as much personal time and financial support to our community.This group of women (and men) - and I am not just talking about the four amazing women featured in our shoot - have always been some of my biggest supporters, and really of all local businesses. There is so much synergy between the real estate industry and the small business community in our town that I can’t imagine the latter working without the former.When the W. Kleinberg trunk show got back on the books, I thought it would be fun to show different ways to wear belts. I wanted folks to see it isn’t just about putting a belt through a belt loop; there are so many ways to wear them. And I know there are eye rolls right now and folks thinking, “I have gained weight in COVID and there is no way I am wearing a belt.” Well, belts are exactly what you should be wearing if that’s the case. They add shape to boxy items and can streamline any outfit.When we needed some people to help model these looks, I knew who to ask. Four fierce realtors: Lauren Bishop, Kristen Jones, Jessica Richardson, and Shoshanna Tanner. Not only are these women extremely busy with listings all over Alexandria and the Northern Virginia area, but they are working moms who always look put together and professional - ready to show a property or attend a closing on a moment’s notice. Whenever I run into any of them, they always look great.
