How To Wear Sparkles For The 4th Of July

I know what you're thinking. I'm not 13; how can I wear glitter? Well, the 4th is the perfect excuse to try a sparkly look. It's going to be hot and humid and hopefully bright, so keep that in mind. Here's how to wear sparkles for the 4th:
