Meaghan Foran, of our great, local jewelry design studio, Alx&Co., and I have been talking about doing a custom line for The Shoe Hive forever. For the last few years, every time we ran into each other we say, “we have to meet and come up with a something together.” Well, we finally did it.I know how much you all love pieces that you can personalize. We have carried some initial charms for years, and they have been a top seller for us. Now, we’ve decided to create our own and make it them in 14k gold. It is the perfect gift for anyone, at any age. There are other pieces that you can personalize with initials, finishes, birth stones, and even types of gold and chains.I have admired the transformation of Alx&Co. over the last few years. Literally, there has been a physical transformation of the business on S. Royal Street. The renovations are remarkable; the building is now a sophisticated space that perfectly represents they aesthetic of the jewelry they create: timeless, sleek, and elegant. Just like Meaghan.
