Join The Patterson Group For Barre3 On The Patio!
To kick off Spring2ACTion, we are thrilled to welcome you to join us today, April 28th, at 5:30pm for a special outdoor Barre3 class, supporting Spring2Action! Join us as two of my favorite Alexandria things come together right outside our TTR Sotheby’s office! With a donation to Spring2Action, you’ll earn your spot in the class. The class will be held on the patio at our office at 400 S Washington Street at 5:30pm to celebrate and raise money as Alexandria’s giving day continues into the evening. Click here to sign up!Barre3 Old Town provides a full body workout that combines strength-conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. The workout combines large and small range movements with isometric holds to build balance. The workout is for all ages and fitness levels and is completely adaptable to meet you exactly where you are! Barre3 Old Town is currently teaching classes outside at the Patterson Group and at Jones Point Park, and the physical studio location is at 715 Duke Street.

Presented by ACT for Alexandria, this day has raised nearly $13M in the past ten years for the programs and services that support our families, children, seniors, veterans, animals, and more. Spring2ACTion on April 28th is celebrating its 11th giving day this year, and it’s dedicated to unleashing community generosity and support to more than 150 nonprofits doing the good work to make this community a vibrant place for all.
