Make Your Feet Happy a Home

Here we are, ringing in the new year and I know so many Stylebook readers shopped with us in December and now have their $50 “Give a Gift/Get a Gift” gift cards in their wallets, or maybe you got a gift card for the holiday that is burning a hole in your pocket. Well, I am here to help. Of course we are having a sale right now and there are so many deals to be found, but we also have lots and lots of new stuff that we are unpacking to help get us through the cold months ahead.Two of my favorite items that recently arrived are slippers and slides from Veronica Beard. I like to think of these as elevated Birkenstocks. I, for one, lived in Birks in college (and I still wear them), but their clogs were not my favorite. However, the Veronica Beard version is a different story - and one I can totally get behind. We have them in animal print or fur lined. Then the Fenella is a wool flat slipper that can take you outdoors as well.We also just restocked our Roam athletic slides; they have memory foam, so they are super comfortable. These are meant for both inside and out.Then last, but not least, the Imana by Aquatalia. I already have these in my closet and I can’t seem to take them off my feet. At home I switch between my Mou slippers and these. My daughter is confused by my affinity for them, especially with socks. This was my uniform in college in the early 90s, only to be swapped out for Tevas in the warmer months. I feel like one day, perhaps on a grassy gothic-framed college quad far away from here, she will understand.So, if you want to make your feet happy while you are home, we have many options.
