How a 15-Minute Friday Prep Can Save Your Weekend

Don't let clutter get in the way of your weekend. A 15-minute reset on Friday afternoon can help your home feel less crazy so you can unwind in peace without noticing little messes everywhere. No one wants to walk into a messy kitchen on Saturday morning and immediately feel like you're playing catch up. Here are our tips to set your weekend up for success:

1. Reset your Entryway/Drop-Zone: The week may have piled up, but you can take a few minutes to toss extra papers, tidy coats and put shoes away.

2. Tidy the Kitchen: Dishes in the sink or on counter tops will add to your mental clutter, so we recommend dealing with those first. If you have the time, a quick fridge clean out and weekend grocery list will go a long way in clearing the clutter!

3. Love your Living Room: A clutter free living space makes the whole house feel calmer; fold blankets, put toys back in their bins and make sure there are no shoes left behind!

4. Focus on Clutter: Overall, this is meant to focus on clutter not cleaning, so now is the time to put things away, refresh your spaces and work to make your home a relaxed place for your weekend!
