New Season, New Trends

Times are changing, and so is the weather! We have come out of the COVID winter and into cherry blossoms and sunny afternoons. After hitting the end of our Netflix queue and going down the Instagram rabbit hole, we are ready to finally socialize again (safely, of course!) As spring gets into full swing, so do the trends! Here are a few of our favorites…

Celeste | Kiskadee

One trend that seems to be everywhere is an "elevated sweatshirt." Designers are making regular shirts out of sweatshirt material. We currently have two in store right now. One is a bright marigold top from Lilla P ($128), and the other is a muted lime top from Michael Stars ($108). Both pieces are perfect to be casual and comfortable but not look like you are dressing down.

The beauty trend is natural glowing skin with highlighters to brighten the face. After an emphasis on eyes all fall and winter, the new trend will be lipstick in everything from nudes to bright colors. When your lips can be seen, they'll be seen!

Maura | Monday's Child Classics

Pima cotton is our favorite spring trend for kids (and adults). After a year of living in leggings and sweats, super soft Pima cotton is the way to stay comfortable, but look oh-so-cute! It’s perfect for playing outside — or more lounging around the house.

Megan & Katie | Mint Collective

Whether it’s a chilly day on the beach or a brisk walk through Old Town... The Mint sisters have you covered in style! Grab a warm-up from Pistola ($108 per piece), and blinged out flip flops from Mystique Sandals ($78).

Dr. Megan and Sara | Mind the Mat

We are looking forward to new spring trends for yoga and pilates! We are now doing more and more outdoor classes and small in studio classes with masks! With these classes, we are offering membership and class packages!

The first thing I do in the morning is wash my face and apply sunscreen! Many people think you only need sunscreen outside and in the sun, but that's not true. Sunscreen is needed to protect your skin in all weather and climates. With spring here, there's no better time than to upgrade your skincare and sunscreen routine. I have many trusted go-to's, from sheer to tinted, you can find at Bellacara.
