Sheila's Top 3 Holiday Ready Looks

If you are like me, you have many different holiday events to attend this month that vary greatly in style of dress and time of day. To this end, I have pulled together my top three festive looks to carry me various places this month, as well as, remain most wearable far beyond this holiday season.

Cocktail

The sequined Emerson Fry ballet dress is perfect for any event where strong cocktails will be served. I love the versatility of this dress as it can be paired with heels, pearls, and a faux fur shrug just as easily as it can be worn a bit more casually paired with black leather booties, bold earrings, and a denim jacket. It also makes for the perfect dress to be worn out on New Year's Eve.

Dressy

One of my favorite things about living in Old Town is being within such close proximity of our friends and neighbors, restaurants, and bars. In order to take advantage of the luxury of being able to walk from party to party, I have paired this beautifully fitted A.L.C. dress with Aquatalia's weatherproof (and comfortable!) Clarisa boot. The floor-length of this dress will help keep my legs covered and warm so I don't have to wear a dreaded pair of hose. This dress would also be fun styled with a fitted leather bomber or denim jacket for a date night with my husband.

Casual

There are so many school events this time of year - the holiday luncheon, kids' class parties, and holiday programs to name a few - so within the middle of my typical day, I need to be able to pop into the school for a couple of hours. This Ulla Johnson blouse has enough shimmer in it to be festive, especially when paired with these Mother trousers boasting a wicked fun metallic stripe down the side. Add the new Golden Goose sneakers with a hot pink bottom and silver metallic trim on the back, and I am ready to play a spirited game of pin the carrot on the snowman. Whatever your occasion, we can help you find the perfect outfit and accessories allowing you to walk in feeling confident and ready to mingle!
