Sidewalk Sale 2020: You Don’t Want to Miss It!

The Sidewalk Sale is our second biggest sale of the year, and there are reasons people brave the heat to shop it. First, the deals are out of control, not just at our store, but all over Old Town. Second, not only are the prices right, but the quality of items being sold is incredible. Third, it’s just plain fun!Typically, I would list my favorite items that you can shop and how much money you would save, but this year I asked my fellow managers at The Hive and The Shoe Hive for some help. As we have such an amazing variety of sale pieces this year, and we all have such different styles, I challenged all of us to put together outfits from primarily sale items. I was blown away by what everyone came up with and just how amazing the sale is this year! The Sidewalk Sale is the opportunity to add the pieces you’ve dreamed of to your closet at a fraction of the cost. Take a look!

All Dressed Up and Nowhere to Go - False!

Every appropriate chance to leave the house I have taken as an opportunity to look and feel my best. Who knew this would be something we would take for granted? Sometimes I think I am going a little overboard, but my new mantra is to embrace the joys we do have, and dressing up more than I usually would is one of those joys. I’m wearing this outfit to special backyard date nights, evening drinks at an open-air rooftop bar, and small holiday gatherings. In the future, when all this is behind us, I’m wearing this outfit to cocktail parties and black ties. The best part about this outfit - the sequin pants by Tibi literally feel like wearing pajamas.

Bold Street Style Regardless of the Situation

Madeline’s sale outfit, needless to say, is phenomenal. The leopard on leopard is something few of us would dare do, but secretly wish we could. Madeline shows us the perfect way to pull it off at a fraction of the original cost! I can see this outfit walking down King Street the second the humidity and temperatures drop, and all the heads turning. While this outfit is a power look, all of the pieces are perfect purchases as they transition into any wardrobe, all while elevating and adding interest.

It is the perfect sale outfit as all of the pieces can start working for you immediately.
