Sneak Peek At Spring!

It's hard to imagine with winter technically just starting, but pre-spring merchandise is already starting to arrive. Pre-spring collections can vary from designer to designer. Sometimes they are full-blown spring in the colors and styles, and sometimes they are just made from lightweight materials but can still look right for the season. Lilla P always does a nice job of finding that middle ground. These styles definitely have a spring look to them but also have a weight to them that would work for the earlier days of spring. Pauline (Lilla P's founder) always comes out with the perfect little transitional dress. This season is no different. I love the nautical stripes on this dress. It reminds me of spring, but the long sleeves allow me to wear it early. Lilla P also does a nice job with their waffle knitwear. This shade of pink is a bit different, more of salmon. We love the pop of color in the store right now.

Striped Dress, $158; Waffle Top, $152

Bell by Alicia Bell was a new line for us last spring, and it quickly became a customer favorite. I get to pick the style and the fabric, so it's unique. You definitely won't see yourself coming and going. The beading and tassel detail is gorgeous, and each piece is individually hand-done. Here are two of my new favorites, but we have much more in the nest now.

Callie Top, $248; Angelina Dress, $358

Our new arrivals from Cleobella are a bit different. Their pre-spring designs tend to still have darker colors but are made in a lightweight fabric. I love this dress now with leggings and in early spring on its own. This top has understated ruffles on the sleeve. It could work well now with dark denim, but you could pair it with a denim skirt or white jeans in the spring.
