In addition to fun and kooky pop-art type jewelry, I like to have a variety of classic, simple jewelry. Gorjana and E Newton have been mainstays for us for a while, and customers continue to love these lines. However, I thought it was time to bring in a new line with a similar, albeit different, aesthetic. Enter Jenny Bird.

Ever since I’ve owned Kiskadee, many friends state that it’s difficult to buy gifts for me. They feel like I can get pretty things all the time. While this is true, I do love jewelry. I have a thing for it, and honestly, jewelry is always a good gift for me, no matter what. Fortunately, my husband knows this as well. Recently, a friend gave me a pair of earrings from Jenny Bird for Christmas. I just love them and wear them a lot. They are both simple and striking at the same time. I thought the line would be the perfect addition to Kiskadee.

The owner and designer, Jenny, makes sure each piece has the “cool factor” while also making sure that pieces are luxurious and will have longevity. Each design is thoughtfully executed with technical details like custom hinges and clasps. Sleek, sophisticated with a bit of edge is the best way to describe this line.
