This weather is just plain confusing. While the official start to spring is right around the corner, the forecast for March, and let’s face it, April too, in Alexandria tends to follow the age-old proverb: in like a lion out like a lamb. And even though we’re all aching to reach for our floral flowy dresses, the weather is just not there yet. If you’re stuck on what to wear, don’t get discouraged!
