The Shoe Hive Summer Sale: 50 Percent Off Now!

It's time for another big markdown – we just went to our 50 percent off sale at the Shoe Hive, The Hive and Yellow Jacket.

When I was in The Shoe Hive the other day, I was taken back by the boxes and boxes of AGL shoes stacked on the floor and already marked down. I have to admit, I don’t get why we have so many remaining. I think this was one of the best AGL seasons ever! I admit that I buy a lot of AGL – though to be fair, I buy a lot of shoes in general. But never have I bought and worn so many different shoes in a season than I did this season with AGL.

I can say with confidence that if you see me walking around I will have on one of four AGL shoes. Typically it’s the silver sneaker, however the white or gold flat are in a close race for second. I rarely wear heels, but the few times this spring that I have, it’s been the brown ones with the gold hardware (below). They are so comfortable. I think these four shoes pretty much go with everything in my wardrobe. That’s why I can’t believe they’re all still here, along with a ton of other great AGL styles. I’m sharing my favorite spring shoes since they are all marked down to 50 percent off. I mean, these shoes are the good stuff – made by master crafters in Italy!

Then of course, there are the stacks and stacks of Sam Edelman shoes - which really confuses me, too. I would say this is the better Sam Edelman season among the last few. These are all easy-to-wear shoes; so many great neutrals and so many great styles. I love Sam Edelman because they look way more expensive than their price tag. And if you're hard on shoes, which many people are, you won’t feel bad if they only make it one season.

So many Sam Edelman shoes are now priced under $60. Let’s face it: you can’t get a better deal than that. I know I’m going to stock up on shoes for my daughter at this price. Check them out:
