Wine On The Water Is Back!

We are thrilled to sponsor The Seaport Foundation's Wine on the Water event, and you are cordially invited to join us! Hosted on September 17, this event is not to be missed for an opportunity to enjoy exceptional wines, charcuterie, and fabulous auction items, all while overlooking the Potomac River. Will we see you there?

For those who may be unfamiliar with The Seaport Foundation, I would love to be your introduction to this fantastic local organization. I have been involved with the foundation for many years in various roles and have seen its positive impact on our community, especially the impact it has made on the program apprentices. The Seaport Foundation offers an immersive experience for 17-23-year-olds to learn technical skills and habits needed for success in employment and adulthood, equipping them with the confidence to handcraft a new life. The Seaport Foundation offers a safe haven for youth who have struggled to find their path.

Wine on the Water 2022 will be hosted at 44 Canal Way, with fantastic views overlooking the Potomac River. Not only will the night be an opportunity to enjoy wine with fellow Alexandrians, but it will also be an opportunity to hear from The Seaport Foundation apprentices and see your impact first-hand. The event will also include an auction for several sought-after items, including a getaway weekend to Wintergreen Resort, a flower subscription from Stylebook contributor Helen Olivia Flowers, a "Day in Old Town" package, a large painting of Old Town by local artist Nicole Seifert, and several more items sure to inspire your paddle to raise!

"We hope you will join us for exceptional wines and charcuterie overlooking Alexandria's waterfront and meet the incredible young apprentices who are working hard to change their lives!  It's an event not to be missed"!
