In this program, we learn the tools to master every spoke of my Wellness Wheel (Stress resilience, Sleep, Fitness, Food, and Building your Calendar for wellness) and tools for your journey through midlife and beyond. We will pace our work together, so you can fine-tune your personal practice of each of these crucial tenets of your wellness.
